Chain trencher is a mechanical equipment that drives the cutter to rotate through chain transmission to achieve soil cutting and transportation. Its core components include power system, transmission chain, trenching cutter and conveying device. When working, the engine or hydraulic motor provides power, drives the chain to drive the cutter to rotate at high speed, cuts the soil and throws it to both sides of the ditch or transports it out of the working area through the conveyor belt.

Compared with traditional trenching methods, chain trencher has the following technical advantages:

1. Efficient operation: The chain transmission design enables the cutter to cut the soil continuously, and the trenching speed is much faster than manual or simple machinery.

2. Precise control: By adjusting the chain speed and the cutter angle, trench excavation of different depths and widths can be achieved to meet diverse needs.

3. Strong adaptability: Equipped with cutters of different materials, it can cope with complex geological conditions such as clay, sand and gravel and even frozen soil.

4. Low loss design: The modular structure facilitates the replacement of wearing parts and reduces maintenance costs.
